Mark leads upcell as Co-Founder and CEO, where he’s responsible for product strategy, go-to-market, and building the company he always wished existed when he was in sales.

Before founding upcell, Mark led sales for ZoomInfo’s API and Enrichment products during their breakout years, then held leadership roles at DemandMatrix (acquired by Demandbase) and Cognism. He’s spent his entire career helping sales teams move faster with better data—and saw firsthand how bloated tech stacks were slowing them down.

At upcell, Mark is focused on building with urgency and clarity. No sales fluff. No broken promises. Just smarter ways to help revenue teams cut through noise and connect with buyers that matter.

Justin is the technical mind behind upcell. As Co-Founder and CTO, he’s responsible for the engine under the hood—leading product development and building the data infrastructure that powers real-time enrichment at scale.

Before upcell, Justin was a senior engineering leader at ZoomInfo, where he helped architect the systems behind its explosive growth. He built and led teams across search, enrichment, and data infrastructure—helping scale the platform through a major merger and IPO.

Today, he’s focused on solving go-to-market problems that most teams don’t even realize are fixable. From surfacing mobile numbers in real time to keeping data flows clean and efficient, Justin’s building the tools that modern RevOps teams actually need—and none of the fluff they don’t.

Bank leads brand and marketing at upcell, where he’s responsible for turning strategy into storytelling—and making sure the brand feels as sharp as the product.

With a background across both agency and in-house roles, Bank brings a hybrid mindset to creative: fast-moving, thoughtful, and built to scale. He previously worked alongside Mark and Justin at ZoomInfo, where he helped shape the brand through its merger with DiscoverOrg and the run-up to IPO.

At upcell, Bank is focused on surfacing what the B2B world often buries—the real problems with sales data, the cost of overcomplicated stacks, and the clarity that comes with doing less, better. He’s here to tell that story—and to help revenue teams finally see what they’ve been missing.
