Question 1

How is this different from my CRM’s account view?

Accepted Answer

Your CRM lists accounts. upcell shows the people on them: who’s been found, who owns them, and who’s in a sequence, captured straight from LinkedIn and enriched by your own providers.

Question 2

Do we have to replace our CRM or sequencer?

Accepted Answer

No. upcell syncs contacts, accounts, owners, and tags with Salesforce or HubSpot, and adds contacts to sequences in Outreach or Salesloft.

Question 3

Where does the contact data come from?

Accepted Answer

From your providers. Plug in API keys from any data provider you use, and upcell enriches every record in your workspace with them.

Question 4

Do we have to switch data providers?

Accepted Answer

No. Keep the ones you already pay for. Plug their API keys into upcell and they enrich every contact in one place.

Question 5

What do managers see?

Accepted Answer

Every account and every prospect being worked in it. Which prospects are in or out of a sequence, and which accounts have prospects being worked and which don’t.

Question 6

How long does setup take?

Accepted Answer

Connect your CRM, install the extension. On the demo we set it up live on your accounts in about 30 minutes.
